Retrenched but an able to use insurance

<p>I was retrenched last year Sep 2016. I continued to pay my loan, even making extra payments. When Jan 2017 came, I was/am really cash strapped. I made RCS aware and asked to use my insurance. They demanded PAYE info etc, which I said my employer was not willing to give.</p> <p> </p> <p>I pay insurance for what??? I battle every month trying to keep my credit record clean but am battling?</p> <p> </p> <p>Why would I lie about being unemployed? Phone the company where I worked....they will verify I was employed there and no longer.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is ********** and wicked!!</p> <p>I will open a case against theme for selling false policies.</p>
