Request of paid up letter of Game store, Edgars store and Jet

On the 30 September 2022 since I made the request with the RCS office with their email for assist with Game, Edgars and Jet paid up letter I only get the respond from Auto Response that says within 48 hours I will be get assist but until today i don't recieed nothing from them
