Request not done

On 4 Feb. I put in a request to have my account put over on 36 months. Ons 21 Feb I received a statement stating I am R4600 in arrears. Another request was logged to Paliswa who ensured me that the account was now settled up to date. I even received a letter to say the account is paid up to date. When applying for credit today I was rejected because I was put on the credit bureau for a default payment by RCS. Paliswa is always on a day off when you request her. Then Jamie Fransman assured us that this will be fixed. I have an impeccable credit record, but now because of their incompetence I will have a default payment against my name at the credit bureau
