request for a settlement letter

I was called sometime early this year to inform me that my name has been selected for the RCS settlement campaign. I was then being called and text on numerous occasions for a reminder. <br> <br> I then paid the full settlement amount, and was promised to be emailed a settlement letter. I did request the settlement letter and was sent from pillar to post. Months later I have not received any letter, or any form of correspondence. Some lady calls me informing me that my account is handed over to the attorneys, she needs to help me.<br> <br> Please anyone help with my settlement letter
