I have had the same issue. Been on Debt review for past 4 years and made all monthly payments then RCS comes along and says account over due. After about 50 phone calls and 25 emails sent with all the documents they asked for they still phone and ask for the same things over and over and it is pathetic now and im tired of telling them to go play with themselves now i swear them.

30 Nov 2021, 10:18They said this to me before that it has been taken up and guess what after sending them the 17.1 and 17.2 document from debt safe and even the contact details for the person who is doing my stuff at bebtsafe. RCS still keeps phoning me.
