Regret opening RCS Cards !

I got a call from one one of your consultants asking for my statement.I refuse to send my statement because I sent proof of payment a long time ago with my ID,and all documents requested.Why does RCS want to scrutinise my finances when they saw double payment and proof and my request for closure?Why is it hard for you to send me back my money before going deep into my finances wanting to invade my privacy?

You saw a double transaction from a client settling debt,what’s difficult for you to close an account an refund the money due to them?

Why is it that creditors cannot acknowledge sense of clients loyalty n also return loyalty to extra funds paid…why do you want to go deep into my financial state when I’m settling debt?

Why do I have to get depression from having debts when I’m trying to settle,why does RCS feel the need to add to my stress?you don’t think we have responsibilities to attend to when you delaying my process of being refunded?

I am getting another call from RCS asking for my statement to see if I did not reverse the amount…why are they not checking from their statement?why does this company want to dig into my finances.They refuse to close my account and also to refund me and want my statement what kind of money laundering business is this ?can I not get my money back and account closed coz I settled the account?

Instead of this company paying me back my refund and closing the account they move around cycles!I regret the day I signed up for this

Yesterday RCS consultant called and said they will refund me today.No one made an effort to call or even close the account…What is happening?Where is my refund and what happened to the account being closed up?Was it a way to make me keep quite with empty promises?

My refund still not paid up!
