Refuses to remove paid up judgement

I've had several accounts with RCS, but managed to pay all of it off - and have got the settlement letters for each account as proof (attached). I noticed on April 2015 that RCS had me listed for 2 different accounts, and managed to obtain settlement letters for both accounts (paid off in 2006 and 2012 already!!!!). On the 24th of April I telephonically discussed my issues with Abduraghmaan Ebrahim at RCS and he led me to believe that the information on my credit record will be updated and removed within reasonable time. Please check the phone records. When I queried the fact that the judgement still appears on my credit record on the 15th of May, I got a totally different reply - he stated that RCS can't request for their own judgements to be removed? How does that make sense? The information I got is that it is the OBLIGATION of the credit provider to liaise with the credit bureau and assist in the removal of paid up judgements? The previous judgement (settled July 2014) was removed without any issues. What is the problem now?
