Refuse to update payment

I have had my bank FNB consolidate my loan/credits for me and I am struggling to get any help from RCS when it comes to updating my statement. They said they needed Statement from the bank however the banks says A Consolidation Report is all proof that they can provide me with. RCS has acknowledged receipt of the deposit and report from me (which has bank's details on) but have a problem updating my statement as they feel this is insufficient proof.<br> <br> Third Party Ref ***<br> Amount R2869<br> Date paid 23 Jan 2015<br> Paid by FNB<br> <br> Please advise.
