Refusal to refund Money deducted

I had a loan with RCS, they were very efficient. I got my loan &everything was fine.I then was able to pay my loan off early.i was unable to do an EFT or go to a bank so i went to their online page to see how i could pay. One option was pay at Foschini(where it didn't state it wasn't for loan repayment).I then went to foshini in Adderley street Cape Town on the 4 of June asked how much i owed, they told me (i was also told previously by a call centre agent named Luthando but wanted to check).On the 11 of June i sent an email to [Email Removed] email address is not on the contract or website) to show proof of payment.Once i called rcs i was told that they no longer really work with foschini( funny because they have them on their website) so they will have to retrieve the money from them. I was fine with that until i found out that RCS was still deducting money from me (2 July&2Aug 2015).Once i querried this they said i would not be able to get my July refund as that month has passed and i can only get 2 Aug once i get a statement from the bank even though they can see they deducted.They know they took the money so why cant i get it. Its so disappointing
