Refusal of Statements

I have asked the company to furnish me with a statement after they made billing errors on my account which they failed to correct twice.

They told me they could not and I must wait for next month state.

They are willing to let me stay with an incorrect statement for a whole month while I don't know whether the problems have been rectified or not.
