Refunds

I have a serious problem with how RCS is handling my issue.

I had a cotton on account which for a few months paid installments, then I decided to cancel it and settle the account. I paid the settlement amount and after RCS debited my account with the amount that was due for the month before the settlement agreement.

I called them and they told me I must send an email to refunds with the supporting documents. No one has refunded my amount instated the statement I got today has a credit amount lesser than the debit order they took last month. Basically the amount they owe me is getting lesser every month I don't know why.

RCS please refund my money bac**** I'm not pleased
