Refund Request
I have two accounts with this company their store card and tekkie town account. On the 25th November I paid R450 into the tekkie account which had no outstanding balance instead of the the Rcs store card, I have called in their call centre to have the error rectified, e-mailed all the proof required for me to be refunded that R450. Till today I have not received assistance all I have been told is that their finance department is busy with my request but Im being charged for an account that is overpaid.
