REFUND ON ACCOUNT

i have an RCS card but due debts piling up I went under debt review. Last year 2014 I paid up my RCS account. <br> The RCS account was also included on debt review so this year June i contacted them requested a paid up letter so that I could send it to my debt councilor they told me is would take 48 hrs but it took for ever. Towards end of June i tried again and they send it same day. I also requested a refund and a closure of the acc. They said they cant close with an outstanding amount and I must write a letter. I requested a refund and they say I should send through copy of ID, Letter for the request, proof of payment and a proof of my new bank account which I did on the 1st of July 2015. Nothing was done. 29 July 2015 I called RCS again to inquire about my account and the response was that they have a problem with payments they refund me next week Friday on the 31st July 2015. I mean that's *********** from their side because I've been their customer for many years and this is how they treat me. I was happy with RCS but due to my debts problem I had to go under debt review. When can I expect my money I mean the real date because its tiring now I will hand to my lawyers to
