Refund not processed

I have a rcs account through PnP smart shopper. I placed an order on Monday and received an sms that money was deducted from account but order didn't go through. I have called PnP and they advised I speak directly to RCS since no order is showing processed on their side., I have called RCS, I have emailed, I have been transferred from one person to another. Today I was on a call for almost an hour no answer. They advised turn around time is 48 hours the refund was logged on the 5th. Amount R1224.02 05/09 at 11:52, no joy at all.
