REFUND my money

Hello im not happy with level of service offered by RCS . it transferd amount of R60 000 to rcs loan by mistake instant of metropolitan . I've submitted all required documents and indeed they Found my money n it was also send to their compliant department for investigation n it was approved but since last month August I've been waiting for my refund . they keep on promising n never communicate. Please assist I'm not even sure will i get my money or not my family's its staving since i lost my money rcs can i please have my money please
