Refund from RCS
I settled my account at the end of November with an incorrect amount. Rcs was supposed to refund me but till today no one contacted me. They do not care about their clients. If you owe them they are quick to send emails or phone but when they need to refund you, they just keep quiet. RCS is a definate NO when it comes to credit.
