Refund

A terrible service, I’ve been waiting on a refund for a failed order for over 2 months. Which made it to my statement for some reason. They advise me to allow 3-5 days , I wait, nothing happens, they advise the same when I call back. It’s been a whole 2 months yet they call me the entire time to request a payment. It’s been the worst experience dealing with Rcs and dealing with something I didn’t even cause.
