Refund and Debit Order

I have such a very bad experience with my Game account which I paid off and closed in 2019. Around October/November 2020, I received an email stating that there is a refund on my account and I assumed that it is due to overpayment as I used to pay my account with any extra cash I had in order to close it quicker. the refund was made on 04 December 2020 on 29 December there is a Debit order again, I enquired and they informed me that refund was an error Game did not even bother to call me and inform me of this error but go straight to my bank account and debit. I have paid back the full amount I was refunded and I want that account to be closed with immediate effect.
