REFUND

I have a loan with RCS. I made a call on the 11th of February asking for the settlement amount. They told me that it was R33 144.02 and that it was valid for 7 working days. The next day (12th Feb)I decided to make only the monthly payment which is R1748.75 because I was worried the settlement amount period was going to expire before I make the payment. On the 20th of Feb I made the payment of settlement amount (R33144.02) in full. I called on the 26 February. I asked for my refund of R1748.75 as that money was included in the settlement amount of R33144.02. The person checked and confirmed that there was a credit balance. She said the she will close the account and send to refund department for difference. she told me that they can only refund me the next Tuesday(03/03/15). On Tuesday my back acc. was debited again by them after I asked them to close the account and I'm done paying them. I called them again now speaking to the Manager Martmara (Tel ***). She promise to refund me in 48 hours and pay all the bank charges. When I call her today now she is telling me they can only pay me on Fri. I want my money back now not Fri. She is not even answering my calls now.
