20 Jan 2026, 15:19An amount of R11000 is due to me after I paid more that the statement, RCS sent me the statement and as per their statement I was in a credit of R11000, they agreed to refund me but only received R2000, now no one is coming back to me or responding to my mail.

Shinette who is going out of her way to assist me but the poorest of poor service from the refunds and RCS cards department don't even reply to her request for assistance.
They have all documents and statements with them since 04/12/2025 and still nothing gets done.
If I do not get any satisfaction by today i WILL be going the legal rout and i will be asking for a years interest on the amount owing to me.
Shinette who is going out of her way to assist me but the poorest of poor service from the refunds and RCS cards department don't even reply to her request for assistance.
They have all documents and statements with them since 04/12/2025 and still nothing gets done.
If I do not get any satisfaction by today i WILL be going the legal rout and i will be asking for a years interest on the amount owing to me.
