REFUND

I contacted the VIP RCS group as I was not receiving my statements due to moving. I then updated my details and found that I am owed an amount of R 4 397 by RCS. I was informed by the agent to send my bank statement, copy of id and proof of payments (I am not sure where I am meant to get proof of payments for the past year) and I then was told to go the store for the last payment I did. the shop contacted rcs and informed them why I could not get the proof of payment in terms of their invoices. I was told to email and explain what the store said. which I did. but I have never received a response, no calls, no correspondence, no acknowledge of receipt of all my mails. I called again today for 14 minutes and was told they have not received my emails (yet I do get a delivered and read receipt!!!) I am being highly frustrated now. I just want my money and I will close this account as the service is shopping !!!
