refund

I have a problem with 1 life/*** have not receive my refunds I deposited an amount of R15000.00 to 1 life erroneously on th November 9 2024 the last request from them was that must submit the account number where the money was transferred and the account where the money was deposited. I have done that and made several follow-ups and to date I have not received the refunds, everytime their call centre informs me that my file is in finance and I am now tired of their explanations.
