Refund
Hi there. Called into the call centre to ask for a refund of the money you took incorrectly via debit order. Lady at the call centre kept me on hold for close to 30 minutes! Made the call not worth it because it cost me more that what you actually owe me. Nonetheless, I want my money back.<br> <br> Kindly please see to it that I am refunded. Thank you.
