Rectify account details

<p>I am currently under debt review and i have both my RCS General Purpose Card and GAME card listed as creditors i needed to pay off.</p> <p>Currently i have still two months left before its fully paid up.(the account payment is up to date)</p> <p>However, there seems to be some sort of discrepancies with the two accounts.It seems RCS listed the two accounts as default at the credit bureaus on the 2015-06-10(GAME) and 2015-06-12(RCS) respectively.</p> <p>I app**** to be put under debt review March 2015.From statements i received from the debt councilor, it reflects that i have started paying RCS General Purpose Card and GAME card in May 2015 under the debt review plan.According to my understanding and knowledge ,RCS was given 3 months notice and was instructed that i was under debt review and that no legal or further action should have been taken against me.Therefore its either in error or mistake that i had been listed as a default payer at the credit bureaus.I would like to have the following happen please:The defaults be removed at the credit bureas and my profile updated accordingly.</p> <p>I have emailed *** but it has been 12 days now without a proper explaination or response.</p>
