Reap off, ****

I phoned RCS to ask for a settlement amount, they gave me the amount and i paid the money the very same day, to my surprise every month RCS is sending me invoice for payment, Why is RCS scheming people like that, i even phoned them and the consultant said to me it was an error they will do a credit against that invoice but the amount is higher now with no explanation. Please help me Peter, i am really tired with this stores, they taking advantage of us.
