Really really bad at refunding debtor's money
Ref: ********** ********** 14900 RCS Loans, my loan is paid up almost 2 years before the due time, RCS Loans now owes me a credit of R914.86. I held on for almost 40 mins, got assisted as far as my details, waited another 20 minutes for RCS Loans to confirm when they would be refunding me the cash back - no one came back to me. It has been a non-stop hassle dealing with RCS Loans - first and last time in my life. If you need a loan rather deal with FNB / Direct Axis
