I opened a CTM branded RCS card a few months ago and subsequently used it to get a few items at CTM.A few weeks later I get a call a from someone called Mmatlou Shai telling that I had won a R10 000 voucher .Okay fine,she tells she'll send at prize acceptance letter(which she did) and I filled it in.Long story short,all of this happened almost 3 months ago and I haven't received my price.
