RCS admits my late mom was covered for Makro but claims “there's no death benefit for RCS ” ******* My mum had a Makro store account aswell as a RCS card. Aswell has Makro few months ago I left a review here about subscribing my mum to Blu label with numerous emails and calls they told me that they refunded the funds that they debited from mum without her agreeing to back to Makro when I called Makro for the refund of that they told me that my mum owes am outstanding balance which will go towards that. Again my mum's money in the event of her passing all debt should be written off I demand all that's owing to my mum from RCS and Makro to be refunded back to me ASAP.

RCS is ********ly withholding my late mother’s Death benefit and misleading consumers.

*Facts:* 1. *Deceased:* Selvarani Iruchan, ID ***1****9, Date of death: 16 February 2026 2. *RCS Credit Facility:* One account used at Makro, Identity, RCS Card 3. *29 May 2026:* RCS APPROVED Customer Protection Insurance claim on her Makro account. This proves she WAS a policy holder and cover was active. 4. *01 June 2026:* RCS DECLINED Death benefit claim as a account holder on the SAME RCS facility,

*What RCS did wrong:* *Contradictory conduct:* You cannot approve CPI on Makro but deny Death benefit on RCS. It’s one credit facility with auto-added CPI + Funeral Cover. ******* offset:* RCS took the Makro CPI payout to settle debt instead of paying the family. The Death benefit is separate and must be paid to the family.

In connection with blue label returning what was debited from my mum's account last year sending it to Makro to cover outstanding balance at Makro is wrong .
