RCS/Makro Card ****: Information Leak that you'll be made to pay for. Rather ditch that card

I am siting at home on my desk working from home suddenly I get messages that transactions of R1001 are being taken from my card and at the same moment my wallet is next to me so it's not through my card 6 of these went through till I lost R6006 before my card got blocked by the consultant I managed to call immediately upon seeing these. Now after waiting two months for internal investigations to happen I get a report that they have concluded investigations and I'm liable. Which was very upsetting and confusing because how do transactions go off whilst I'm sitting at home and then at the same time who knows I have a Makro card except me and Makro so definitely this was an internal leak of information for me to be even targeted for this. Now they insist that I should pay back R6006 worth of transactions I didn't do. This is a ridiculous ****. If you have an RCS or Makro card rather ditch it and rather be safe because a clear information breach in their organization happened which you'll be made to liable for even though it's clearly their own unsecure systems. Rather ditch their card before you owe the whole balance.
