So I decided to write a review as I am tired of this, I went to jet stores on the 24th Oct to close my account I paid my balance we called customer care for closing the account and I was told it takes 30 days an I Wil receive confirmation it's been a month now so I phoned rcs customer care was told I'm Not a club member and also was given another number to call, I called the other number being almost 30mins on the call wit no1 answering then I went on the website to ask someone to call me back finally 2 days after someone calls me back saying they gona sort everything out as I do need a settlement letter also told I am a club member an nw need to pay r70 as my Acc is stil active an I Wil recieve my settlemt letter I said fine wil pay it 2 days later stil no letter why does it take so long just to close my account nw my account is stil active pulling interest I want my account closed an that club card balance on my account wiped as this is very poor customer service and I'm struggling just to close a account!!
