RCS/Game

I went to get my first Game card the 01 April 2022 and then bought a few items which came to the amount of R548.91. I later went to Makro on the 08 April to purchase more items on my card and it was declined...Only to find out that on the 03 April 2022 there had been a purchase on my card at Shoprite Isipingo (Durban). I do not know how this could have happened? as you are to produce your ID Document with every purchase? I then spoke to the RCS ***** Department and filled in a Dispute Declaration Form on the 8th of April and the card was immediately stopped. I was told I would wait 21 days after the dispute, Please note the debit orders goes off my bank account every month. Then I got an SMS again the 27th of May 2022 to say I should wait another 21 days...I have made numerous phone calls which has been extremely annoying as you hold on for 15-20 minutes before getting through. Again I was told I should wait again till I get an SMS to say I would be able to buy with my card again. 3 months down the line and I am still waiting, the service is atrocious and even via email you get no service. I don't even know do I get a New Card? Will I get reimbursed for debit orders that went off for stuff I did not purchase? DEBIT ORDERS THAT WENT OFF April R751.47 May R 448.74 June waiting for amount. Debit orders already more than the R548.91 that I did spend. How many 21 days should I still wait for???????
