Good Day your assistance will be highly appreciated.

I had a Game account 3 years ago and was blacklisted due to my retrenchement. I was handed over to RCS and the amount were paid in full. They told me i must snip my card and they will automatically close my account. The paid up letter saying that my account is settled in full was send to Game & RCS once again. 3 YEARS later 2018 i tried to follow up because it still shows that my Game account is open. I followed up with RCS and they told me after i send out my paid up letter they already handed me over to Northern Nambrianos. Due to my opinion RSC did not updated the ITC SCAN and thats the reason why they handed me over to Northern Nambriano's and wich they agree. But now its almost 6 months and nobody can help me. I start following up with Game & RCS from April 2018 and every month when i call for their feedback there's a story " it will take 21 working days" for the ITC scan to be completed. After every 21 working days there is a problem or they make like they do not know what im talking about. RCS & Game are useless and i really think that someone should be talking with their Manager !
