RCS - Worst Service

<p>Hello Petter</p> <p> </p> <p>I have never experienced such bad services with this company's Client services. I wanted to close my account with RCS, therefore i want in Forschin to make payment and request the settlement amount. The teller who was asssting gave me the amount and paid it off. I requested a proof that his account is in a process of being closed, the teller told me with all RSC count they have no authorization to close the account i need to go to game to close the account. I decided to call the company direct, to request the account to be closed, RCS said this account be closed because their an outstanding amaount. I said to them the amount was settled on the day. The response was no you have been charged interest, my question was interest on which amount? The was no answrer. However she ended the conversation; if you pay the amount it will accumilate interest, i want to game to pay the amount, Game told me NO they don't accept payments for RCS, my question was how will you be able to close the account then?, the was no answer. I was told to go again and make payment at Forchini, the teller told me Sir your balance has been settled. i said to him i was to told to come and pay and am paying, so i made the payment on top of the zero settlement balance, however untill today am not sure whethere my account is closed with RCS</p>
