RCS - WORST ORG TO DEAL WITH
RCS - WORST ORG TO DEAL WITH. Falsely Blacklisted for paying my account using reference number given by RCS personnel. The payment reference no. was rectified, but am still blacklisted. I then settled account. Sent POPs to RCS. Today, i get sms and email giving me a Settlement thats R100 more. RCS IS A DISAPPOINTMENT
