rcs, WORST FINANCIAL SERVICES EVER

I have an rcs(coricraft) account, they debit my account every month for their payments,i have pulled my ict report to my surprise I see it say rcs reported that I didn't pay my account in april and in june 2015, I know for a fact there was money on my bank account. I do not know if it was their systems fault maybe. I called rcs and told them about this, they acknowledged their fault and promised to call ict and get my info updated,i called ict again, I see they didn't do as they promised, they have ruined my credit profile and they are doing nothing about it, I continued to call rcs agents who kept lying to me, some would say my info is updates, some would say they would only update how I have been paying my account, not necessarily removing the bad debt name they have wrongly given me,i am very angry with rcs, I feel helpless. I have already spent a lot of money on airtime calling them, holding and hearing them tell me lies.i have things I want to buy, I cant buy them because they have ruined my credit profile
