RCS - worst company ever

I opened an RCS game account in 2014. In 2016 the company I was working for introduced short time as they were having financial difficulties and and in 2017 they started with retrenchments and I was on the list of retrenchments. I phone RCS and sent through the paper work expecting that their insurance was going to pay my account while I was looking for new employment and RCS insurance didn't pay a cent the only thing I receive was an email stating that my account was in arrears and I should make payment I responded and sent through the letter of retrenchment. A month later I received an email that my insurance was cancelled since my account was in arrears. In January 2018 i got Job and paid my account and all the arrears by march. April statement came and they activated again the insurance without my consent. I phone RCS and asked why was the insurance activated while and requested that they cancel it as they didn't pay my account while i was unemployed. The consultant told me in not so many words that they will not remove the insurance they will keep on taking the money. In June the new company closed my department and I was unemployed again I paid my account until September and informed RCS again about my status that i was not employed Again no assistance was received although they were deducting the insurance.

What makes me very upset is that I paid all the amount that was in arrears and they still had the audacity to hand my account over and when I asking their collection department they are they are sending to pillar to post. No one is responding to my emails
