RCS won't close my accounts

I have been trying to close my Edgar's account. I closed it on Jan 11th 2021 and still not closed. Phoned numerous times to follow up on progress and told it is in the process of closing. Phoned again yesterday and told closing this account was never requested. My husband closed his Game acc on the same day 11th Jan 2021 also phoned numerous times told the same as myself in the process. Phoned yesterday to be told the same excuse never been requested to be closed. WHY CAN WE NOT CLOSE THESE ACCOUNTS????
