RCS won't close my account

I requested to close my RCS GAME account on the 16th of February after I paid the settling amount. I went to the GAME RCS kiosk and they phoned head office which confirmed that it will take one month to close the account after which I will receive an e-mail. One month later I received my account statement which indicated I paid the settling amount but in some miraculous way one cent was added to my account. Clearly the account was not closed. I returned to the RCS kiosk at GAME and they phoned head office again. Again they said the account will be closed and I don't have to be concerned about the one cent. Today I received another account statement but this time they added the service fee and insurance adding up to R31. Obviously they do not want to close this account and keep on billing me for services they clearly lack in. I'm very disappointed I was an excellent customer for five years and now I receive this don't care attitude.
