Rcs wont clear my name with the credit bureau

Hi there i need to clear something up i paid my rcs card in full and got a letter for it being paid up. Now let me get this straight this was over 2 years ago and im still registered at the credit bureau as owing funds or my account is in default.

Please i want this rectified
