RCS withdraws money from bank to pay account that is closed

The RCS GROUPthat manages the financial accounta of Game and Builders warehouse are *********** and have no thought for their customers. DO NOT OPEN ACCOUNTS with Game or Builders you will be ****** of your money. I closed my mothers account t in July 2017 and to date 8 November 2018 they co tune to take varying g amounts of money from her bank account. I gave been I to both Game and Builders; spent hours there in fact usung their contact line to RCS in an attempt to sort this matter out but to no avail. RCS has given incurred t email addresses and have not returned my calls . I would not be surprised if there was *****ulant activity going on.
