RCS .. What an excuse of a company
The RCS service is the worst I have ever encountered. Home Affairs is a dream compare to RCS. Their Customer Service telephones are most certainly unmanned. Tried contacting them for early settlement and was on hold for more than an hour. How is that even possible. I would not recommend RCS to anyone unless you are planning suicide in the near future.
