RCS useless bunch of people

I am so sick and tired of the *********** staff at this circus, ever since the lockdown last March I have had nothing but shocking couldn't care service from these idiots, and now almost a year down the line they are still *****ing up the accounts, I have a direct debit in place yet my account is in the arears. You seriously need to remove the staff and recruit people that can accurately do their work.
