RCS: useless at everything

Following my post 3 weeks ago, I have been calling RCS everyday for the past 3 weeks requesting closure letters for my accounts that I paid off. Everytime I call, I get told the letters will be send in within a few hours. Needless to say, almost a month later and hundreds of rands waisted on airtime. Each call is never less than 20min. They have sent me 1 letter.

Who regulates these guys? This is appalling. I need to escalate this.
