Rcs ***********, useless

After i logged my complaint the first time at hellopeter, rcs complaints department was quick to answer, and promised that i will have feedback the following day. Which did not happened. After i send 3 emails again, they rep**** that they haven't received my payment, its not reflecting on their statements. I must go back to my branch and query, where did my payment go. Now my question is, who is supposed to do all this admin. As i did my part, went to my bank where they confirmed that the payment was done on their side, and the money went out of my bank account. How long is this going on back and forth. I am fed up for this rcs. They are a bunch of useless administrators.
