RCS UNPROFESSIONAL

So today I called RCS cause I wanted to pay my account online. The app and online did not let me log in instead gave a number to call. After 3 attempts I got through. I gave all my details and asked how can I pay online. The lady then asked me how much do I want to pay where I rep**** that I just want to login and pay via the app or online. Then she wanted to send me through to accounts COLLECTIONS department!!! FOR WHAT??? My account is not up for collections? I got an sms that said I should pay X amount by month end. This is the middle of the month and I want to make a payment. While I tried to tell her I just want to make a payment she ranted on about me having to talk to collections department. REALLY??? I will finish my account a.s.a.p and close it and NEVER refer anyone to you guys. So unproffesional each time you talk to them over the phone. No phone ethics or customer skills... No they will have to call me to pay as I reached out to them but got unprofessional service.
