Rcs unfair repayments,

Hi, Rcs send me the statement showing my final installment of R1189 and that amount was paid up. They call me and told me, that I have to pay interest for 5 months, so now they are threatening me. I feel it's their system error. How can I pay interest for a paid up account. Please help Rcs treats me unfairly.
