RCS UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT ORDER AND NOW NOT GETTING MY MONEY REFUNDED
LOAN REPAID 16 AUG 2024. Suddenly 26 Sep 2024 a debit order goes off on a ZERO loan balance. The struggle to get refunded is unacceptable on an unauthorized debit order. The online portal is also OFFLINE for over 2 months now.
