RCS *****ulenty re-opens my old Game account and allow sales

I had an account with Game store which I paid off in 2021 November. When the debt collectors called me in 2022 December , they informed me tha I had purchased something from Game online using my old account. I have called and emailed RCS ***** section to investigate but I not received anything positive from them. I sent them emails from MTN network to prove that on the day they claim I bought online,somebody bagan doing ******* swimswap on my cellphone before doing the transaction . When the transaction happened I did not receive a message.

RCS must investigate and clear my name. My credit score is being tarnished by a transaction I do not know.
