RCS Tyme credit card people not doing there job

Good day I have a Tyme Credit card that RCS is managing. Now since May 2025 I have been paying R500 every month into the account that they have given ma with the ref no and every thing. Now sometimes it works that my money does reflect onto my statement without anything and then sometimes they apparently just does not find the money. Although I have send them numerous PDF's and screen shots and all of that to them they have a problem every time to just allocate the money. There was some of the times that I just let it go but I mean R500 per month for me is a lot of money. They are quick to tell me I have not paid where I have send them proof that I have done so numerous times. Please this is getting ridiculous and totally unprofessional.
