RCS treated me like a ********. After one missed payment following financial difficulties, I have been hounded with texts, calls and emails threatening me. I finally managed to answer and spoke to Them Thembeka that had absolutely no remorse to my situation. In her words, "it is your responsibility to tell us, so when will you make the payment." Melanie then calls me days later and afte4 verifying who I am, the first question she asked was "I can see you have xx outstanding, when do you get paid" What I am most upset about is how you justify treating someone like this. That said, I had to s**** money together to pay this amount, not realizing that both Thembeka and Melanie had been giving me the wrong amount meaning I was about to pay 2 months as opposed to the arrears amount!!! I would never ever recommend an RCS account ever, cause they literally chased me for days , following ONE missed payment.
